Committed to Client-Centered Service.
Your attorney should be an experienced advocate fighting for you and your family, but that isn’t enough. Your attorney should also deliver exemplary client service. We do both.
we listen to your concerns & goals
We ask a lot of questions, and we listen to the answers. The more we know about your family, the issues you’re facing, and what you want to achieve, the better legal advice and representation we can provide. We know that dealing with family conflict and the legal process is stressful and difficult. Having someone on your side to listen to your concerns makes it a little easier.
attorney meetings via telephone
We offer attorney meetings by telephone. You’re busy, and getting to a meeting in the middle of the day is inconvenient. We can answer questions, give legal advice, review documents with you, conduct strategy sessions and more, without you having to leave your home or office. Sometimes we’ll need to meet in person, but most issues can be effectively handled by phone.
We explain the things you need to know in a clear and straightforward way. We make sure you understand your legal rights, obligations, and options so you can make informed decisions about your case. We make the legal process easier to navigate and walk you through what to expect at each stage.
return call promise
We’ll return your call or respond to your electronic message the same business day, or within 24 hours if we’re in court, depositions, mediation, or meetings. You are a priority, and your case is a priority. We know you have questions that need to be answered and that situations arise which need to be addressed right away. We’re responsive.
evening & Weekend availability
We work to accommodate your schedule. If your job or other obligations prevent you from being able to meet with us during regular business hours, we can make arrangements for a meeting in the evening or on the weekend. We also offer attorney meetings via telephone to make it more convenient for you to talk to your attorney and get legal advice when you need it.
Customized legal strategies
We work with you to develop a legal strategy tailored to your needs and desired outcome that fits with your budget and timeline. We’ll present you with options to achieve your goals, identify the pros and cons, expected outcomes, and give you our recommendations and guidance.
flat fee rates
We provide legal services for a flat fee in Limited Scope Representation cases. We handle a part of your case while you remain in control of your case. We can help you develop and execute a case strategy, give legal advice, prepare and review documents, coach you to represent yourself at a court hearing for hearing, and more. An affordable way to hire a family law attorney. Rates & Fees.
secure online client portal
We make it easy for you to access information and documents related to your case with our Client Portal. You can check the status of your case; review, upload, or download documents; check your case calendar; handle tasks; send and receive secure messages; and view and pay invoices at your convenience. Everything all in one place. Watch this video to see how it works.
transparent & Timely Invoicing
We issue invoices twice a month in Full Scope Representation cases. We believe it’s important for you to know what’s happening in your case and monitor your legal fees and expenses. So every 2 weeks you’ll receive a detailed explanation of the work we’ve done, and an accounting of fees, expenses and your retainer funds.
